I want to give my friends who are graduating high school a gift with a short poem or quote. I have only known them for about 2 months now but they are still my friends. Could someone please help me?

One of my favorites is "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost. I could quote you the whole thing, but it's probably better if you looked it up to make sure you get it right, if that's what you pick. You'll have to read it, but I think it goes along pretty well with graduating high school and all that.

Oh wonderful is
to see my friends
on Graduation day

I wish them to be the best you can
and to reach all the goal in your hearts

I know we will be apart
but it is for acomplish each of our wishes
as today my wishes are
to congratulate you guys
on the begining of your wonderful years that will come by.

You could use an excerpt from Dr. Seuss's "Oh the Places You'll Go"
