however do you in put your labor costs as direct or loaded costs. If direct labor was 10,000 and the % applied was 20% ..what goes in the 10,000 or the 12000 loaded cost....

What base do you use to allocate ODC if you had total ODCs of 11000...how would you determine how much to apply to each contract or unit....thanks

direct labor is simply that - wages or salaries and ODC.
overhead includes benefits, facility related expense, etc.
G&A includes marketing, sales and administrative expense
(finance, hr, management). profit is anything above these.
