Yes I believe there is and Iran will and or does have a lot to do with it.

the two North Korea and Iran have historic previous. that's no longer a rely of believing Bush it rather is a controversy of understanding what has been taking place there for some years in the previous Bush. Iran prefer Nukes, the question is why? inspect their historic previous. North Korea has Nukes, the question is what are going to be carried out with them? back inspect the historic previous. that's no longer a rely of believing Bush (that's a diverse concern) it rather is a controversy of what have they carried out subsequently a techniques?

These are the same guys who "found" weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. I wish to heck they'd focus on something they can't screw up, like Finding Waldo.

I am sure North Korea has nukes, but I don't believe it just because Bush says so.

And yes, you can tell the difference between a nuke blast and a natural earthquake.

How do you propose that we send a reliable source into a country that won't allow intrusion?
If Kim Jong says he popped a nuke,then it's best to proceed with all due caution,and assume that maybe he did.
Let's not forget that Ms. Allbright (under the Clinton administration!) GAVE them nuclear facilities!
