I live on the Big Island of Hawaii. Many people don't know this, but it snows on the Big Island. On the top of Mauna Kea (which means white mountain in Hawaiian), there is snow between 3 - 5 months out of the year (usually between December and March). Mauna Kea is over 14,000 feet high. This means that during the winter months on the Big Island you could go snow boarding on Mauna Kea and then surf boarding on the ocean in the same day.

If you mean Delhi, definitely not, though the temperatures at time in winter may dip to subfreezing levels. It certainly does snow a lot in Chicago though the winters have been relatively mild for the last few years. We haven't had more than 20 inches of snow now for a few years in a row.

In Dehli? No ,not really the lowest temperature it gets there is barely freezing point, and rain there is rare. However, some parts of India do have snow, so don't assume that it never snows in all of India!
