Think carefully before you speak. Don't just blurt out the first thing that comes to your mind. Tact goes a long way. Also, a good idea is to never say anything to someone you wouldn't want said to you. That is a great rule of thumb. Good luck.

By learning how to listen, when you learn to respect others for their ideas and values. Just to know they have a right to their opinion, without you hurting their feelings. You'll be a better friend and overall person;)

Read some books that deal with personal issues....there are many in the library...think before you say something...that way you will not hurt people's feelings...it really does work....

my bestfriend had the same prob. our drama teacher told her to use tact. simple think of what ur about to say b4 u say it. ask ur self will this offend them,will it offend me if someone said the samething to me. if u can answer no then go ahead.sometimes it's just best if you say nothing at all.
