I'm the VP of a club at school. & ppl r starting to come up to me & saying they don't like the president...she's too bossy & isn't "fit" 4 the position...some wanna have re-elections of the president. Is that a gud thing if they want 2 re-elect the pres.? Wouldn't that make them lose faith in the other leaders as well? Would it be right? I know itz gonna hurt the president's feelingz...& i don't know how 2 break it 2 her either. Plz advise me on wht I shud do.

I would go to the prez and without naming names, tell her what people are saying. Tell her that you arent trying to hurt her feelings but you feel she should know whats going on. Hopefully she wont go off the deep end and maybe she will start doing a better job.
