I also need to get it off easily but not have it rub off. I thought of food coloring but don't know how to get it off. I have a baptism the next day and cannot chance it. Peroxide doesn't work and neither does lemon juice with food coloring. Bleach is not an option. I want to be a smurf for halloween. Someone PLEASE help.

Before you put on any make up, use face moisturizer so your skin is soft. This will help you remove the make up easier. Use regular Halloween face paint, but get finishing spray. You can get it from a theatre make up supply store, or check it out on line. To get the make up off, buy a bottle of astringent: Clean and Clear works great. Put a little on a cotton pad, and it will take the make up off wonderfully.

Get blue Halloween make-up at a store. Test it on a small area of your skin to make sure it will come off. It probably will wash off with make-up remover or even soap and water.

oooh dangerous.

you need to visit a specific makeup location, either the factory outlet for body makeup or your local theater supply store. Anything else might either give you a dye paint that will stain your skin or is not a body paint designed for full body coverage. (please think tin man here) USE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT CONTAINS LEAD

if you get a paint that dyes/stains your skin...there will be no way you can remove it until the skin rejuvenates which can take between one day and one week.

Go to a Halloween store... they sell blue paint.
Whatever you do, do NOT use food coloring.

Use blue easter egg dye with vinegar.....or you can use methylene blue (available at pet stores)...take a hot bath first, and then mix up color and vinegar....to remove it, use a mild laundry bleach solution in a bath....if your hair is tinted or dyed...the bleach may affect color!
