Oregon state athletic commision requires strict drug testing for performance enhanicng drugs. They require all participants to submit to testing before being granted a license. They also do not allow for some of the stuff that WWE and other wrestiling promotions like to do such as bleeding profusely and going into the crowd. Vince has tried to combat this by labeling his craft as entertainment and not a actual competitve sport, however, Oregonian officials are not biting.
