If you even could collect, that money would belong to your Mother after all who do you think brought you to this point in your young Life.
Wow I am really surprised that you would even think about going after your Father for back child support.
You should be ashamed of yourself, get a job and help yourself, and never count on anyone person to pull you out of a jam,
if you want or need anything in this world get it for yourself, and ask nobody for anything.

Your mom has to file. Child support goes till you complete High School, not college.

Did you mom collect AFDC if so then the Government gets it. Otherwise your mom gets it.
