If you just want to change your outgoing mail name then:
On the upper right hand corner it should say "Options".
It should say Mail Options.
Under the Management column, click on "General Preferences"
You can change your real name under "Name and Email"

If you want to change your real name then:
On top, click on "my account"
you will have to sign in again.
Under "Address/Contact Information" click "edit"
Voila!

sign in the your mail account in the very top click on 'my account' go down to your name and address click on 'edit' and type in any name you like. dont forget to save it before you exit.
