we almost had a school shooting today
someone wrote on the bathroom that they were going to kill12 kids and the principal on firday the 13th

I was suppose to go to Buffalo NY today and then to Niagara Falls for some gambling fun. Mother Nature made sure that didn't happen! So I went to a race track/gaming center and won a little money (played slots and a couple of races). Since I had such a drastic change of plans; I went alone, but I had fun!
(Tues the 13th are usually my bad days)

Normal. A couple years ago, it sucked 'cause my house burned down on friday the 13th (it was in December).

I don't believe in superstition, but this was a really bad day. My husband who is an electrician was changing out a bulb in an outdoor light. The bulb shattered and the filiment got stuck in his hand and he about died from the electricity. Then when he was finally able to let go, the glass sliced into his hand and nearly cut off his finger. He had to get 13 stitches and also dislocated his shoulder.

Not good but better than it was for other people in my area. I live in Buffalo, NY and we had that huge snowstorm that caused servere damage. Most of the area has no power and our water supply is gone or dangerous. Not to mention it is freezing and were under a state of emergency. I hate being trapped at home.

It was actually a lucky day...amazing.
I got a 100% on a quiz I thought I would fail in Physics
And I didn't have to take a huge math test I thought I would have, or an english quiz
And I didn't go to a Haunted House tonight (that's tomorrow...hopefully! ^_^)
