I have just recently been having a problem controlling my acne. It is strange, because usually **they say** that makeup makes acne worse..Right? Well, I have been around the house for a week or so and have worn no makeup. I just dont get it.. All of a sudden I have the worst case of acne I have had in my whole life!
Maybe it's the lack of sun? I havnt been outside very much lately.. and maybe thats it.. I dont know. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Thank You.

You should follow a regimen of aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day. This way, you sweat out the toxins and oils, being sure to shower immediately afterwards. Make it a way of life. Also, change your diet. Eat less saturated fat (found in meat, animal products like eggs, cheese, cream, and milk) and white processed bread, sugar, and sweets. Instead, eat plenty of veggies, fruits (CITRUS, like an orange or two maybe two hours after your evening meal). If there is something causing you stress, think about eliminating it or dealing with it. I've found exercise to help considerably.

It's hard to find a remedy that clears up everyone's acne, let alone one that is cheap. However, I highly suggest the following products: 1. Johnson and Johnson's Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash. 2. ZAPZYT Maximum Strength 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel. 3. A moisturizer. 4. Aspirin masks 1-2 times a week (4-6 aspirin and just enough water to form a crumbly face. Leave on the face for 15 minutes then rinse). 5. Omega 3 Fish Oil pills have helped a lot of people clear up their skin as well. If you can afford all five of these products, I would suggest trying these pills. Use these products in the following order in the morning: 1. Cleanse with Purpose. 2. Apply ZAPZYT after cleansing. 3. Apply moisturizer after ZAPZYT. 4. Repeat these steps at night. The aspirin mask is better to do before you apply ZAPZYT at night. You should see the results of the mask the next morning when you wake up. Take the Omega 3 pills 2-3 times everyday. Good luck!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Hi. I'm 12 and have been gettting HORRIBLE acne since I was 6 and there was never a solution and I never gave up. Listen, I know other people will give you advice with your problem, but I just wanted to write to support you as a person. Like you, I have gone through a lot of my life feeling really depressed. I thought I was so unattractive. I was always self-conscious and unhappy. But one day a very wise person gave me a gift and I want to share it with you. She told me that healing starts from the inside out. Now I finally understand what she means. Healing your acne is really important to you and that has to take place on the outside. That's why you need good medical advice and therapies that work. But that outside healing isn't the whole story. You also need healing within because this situation has hurt you in so many ways. You need to know how much people love you. You need to know just what a truly lovely and wonderful person you are. You need to really believe in yourself and feel that the world is a beautiful place for you. That kind of inside healing comes from the love of your family, your friends, and even from the help of good counselors (I couldn't have made it without having people to talk to about my feelings; people I really trust). But it also comes from you. Only you can really be your own doctor of the inside. That's your territory. So start inside listening to what I say: you are a fantastic person. You are beautiful. You are special. I send you all of my support and love, Kelly. You keep believing in yourself and don't let saddness get to you. Things will get better. So let the healing begin! Have hope and see how much better that feels on the inside! I will be thinking of you every day. I will be sending you my healing love.

If you can buy anything, buy Proactive, it is great. But watch the sun, it can make you break out even more. Keep your face clean and don't touch it with your hands, the oil will make it worse. Watch the fats and sweets you eat, no greasy foods. Drink tons of water, best thing for skin.

ask your doctor about sulfameth-trimethoprim or bactrim (same thing sdifferent names) there anti biotics but there used to treat acne and i hear it works very well. since your acne has just suddenly appeared i would say its best to get rid of it NOW before you wind up having scars from it or letting it get out of control. antibiotics will reduce the amount of bacteria in your body (acne is caused by bacteria)
