Hello,
In 2005 Quixtar paid out over $350million to independent business owners in the US, and every year literally hundreds of people qualified at "platinum" for the first time. The average Quixtar platinum IBO earns nearly $50K/yr. There have also been over 4000 people qualify at the Diamond level and above around the world, with an average income of around $150K/yr. Quixtar IBOs are independent business owners and can operate their businesses pretty much how they want. Some operate in the way shown in the video you linked to, others operate in different ways (ways I'd consider more professional). There's somewhere around a million registered IBOs in the US alone. While most do no work and thus, quite reasonably, earn next to nothing, those that consistently do the work for the time necessary to succeed generally do so. I have literally hundreds of testimonials from IBOs on my website and am adding more every day.
