is it normal for me to get small bumps and itching when I start using a new shaving system? Ive used shick quatro for all my life, its a super close shave, but recently i got a 100 dollar braun shaver.

yeah ,im not sure why that is but ive noticed the very same thing, anytime i switch shavers or even shaving cream sometimes ill wind up with bumps and itching. best thing to do is make sure your skin is damp like after a shower,never shave dry , your skin will adjust after a few shavings though either way. i think it may be because the shavers when brand new shave much closer then even one that has been used a few times, so its shaving the hair so low that some of it isnt growing back out right and is causing little ingrown hairs , could be clipping little bits of skin too. anyway yeah just give it a little time yo.

You must have sensitive skin. You probably need to go more easy with the new shaver, or maybe it's just too harsh for you.

yep....could happen...the blade in the shaver could be too dull which in turn cause tearing and pulling on your whiskers..

yes i had bumps around my penis too my skin doctor told NOT to shave my pubic hair just trim

I say if it isn't broke, don't fix it..........but yea i think you do and think its normal, it takes a while for your face to adjust.

USE SOME MEDICINAL GEL MAYBE THEY CAN HELP. OR A DERMATOLOGIST ADVICE WILL HELP TOO, DON'T YOU THINK SO.!
