I personall give money to charities that help them and one day when i have the money and not trying to convieve a child I will go there to help. they are humans in need. I want to help as much as I can

Well juckey j, anyone with a real heart would care about any child (or adult) that's starving,has no safe drinking water, or a half decent home to live in.
What are YOU doing for the world. If these children had a chance for education, etc. who knows what they would do but if no one cares they will never have a chance to succeed.
Not everybody" bitches and moans" Many help with donations or adopts a child trying to give them a chance.Did you ever stop to think how lucky you are to have what you need and not have to beg for it?
Maybe you should go hungry for a couple of days and see what it is like than maybe your heart might grow a tiny bit.
We are all suppose to care for others so I really hope you don't end up losing everything you own in a fire or whatever.Try a little compassion. It really won't harm you.

Maybe you got a shitty hand dealt in your life and perhaps you are upset because people are paying attention to someone that they do not even know much less have met before and certainly do not have the amenities that we as Americans have at our figure tips. Maybe it is because we want it to be US that is in the limelight and expect it to be given to us on a, as we Americans like to say, "On a Silver Platter" because we, as a society, are too lazy or maybe too pampered to go get it for ourselves. You have to love your self before you can even understand the whole concept of helping a 3rd world child who cannot help himself.
Actually that child may do nothing more than show another human being kindness,caring and love...what MORE is there? I would say that is enough to mark your place in this world.

Realistically, when do people start seeing other people as human beings? You should care because that could just as easily be you.
People do donate and go on mission to help out. The "b!tchin" and moaning comes when people like you say idiotic things.
My motto: if you don't care, say nothing at all. Obviously you cared enough to think about it and take time to post this question.
If it's not your problem and you don't really care, then shut up and don't let it interfere with your life, if you have one.

Realistically, you should care about what you want to care about. However, as to what is he going to do for the world, you should ask, what are you going to do for the world. Let's be honest, when all is said and done, you'll do nothing more for the world than some poor kid who starves to death at 5. That's why most people don't care about you either...

I agree with you...I refuse to give money to those "save the children ' type charities...people in third world countries have a more primitive social breeding srrategy than we do in the industrialized western world....they know that alltheir children will not survive due to illness,and hunger so they have lots of children so that some of them will survive...we in industrialized society have effective birth control so we can limit the # of children and then devote significant resources to make sure most of them survive...we should send them family planning info...not food ...you send them food and they will just grow and reproduce even more unsustainable population
