I Love and care for him and very pro active in the relatioship between my son and his father. I believe children need to have contact with both parents for a rounded up bringing. I do not believe that a father that has fought hard to see his children and has been screwed over by our legal system dragging their heels should still be held financially responsible for his kids. Obviously you are american citizen and haven't been at the hands of the Child Support Agency here in the UK. Oh and he is paying for his kids but that is wrong. Would you pay regularly for a service that never helped you just fleeced you. The only way those kids are suffering is through not knowing who their dad is.

He never hurt his kids. Marriage irrevokably broke down and they used to love seeing their dad. Mum didn't like and wanted to use them to hurt him. She's vindictive and malicious and no he did leave her for me.

He still fathered the children and should bear some responsibility for them
If the ex is as bad as you claim he could go to the courts and get the residency reversed.

If your saying that the law in this country is wrong regarding the fathers right of access to their children I would totally agree with you. Children come first and should be allowed equal access by both parents.
If you are saying that because the father does not see the child then he should be excused from paying maintenance for that child then you are totally wrong, as I previously mentioned the child must always come first.

Who cares how long you have been with him? He made children before you came along, get over yourself, there isn't anyone here that's going to agree that he shouldn't pay for his children. I love it when the next woman comes along and thinks she can put herself in business that isn't hers!If you didn't want a man that has to pay support, you should have found one that didn't have kids! Guess what...he will be responsible until they are 18 years old, you probably have a long time being jealous of his kids you need to get over it.

Well, sorry that the father and children have such a strained relationship, but no matter what comes down between them, he is still their father and needs to pony up, as he has been doing.
Sooner or later he will be able to see them and can then try to mend fences.

It doesn't matter if he sees his kids or not. They still have to eat. Is it their fault that their mom causes problems? And if you weren't around for their marriage you really have no idea what went on to cause her to want him away from the kids. It's just pathetic that you think he shouldn't pay for his kids. How would you feel if you had kids that the dad and his new girlfriend didn't want to support? You really need to stay out of this b/c it is between him and his ex.

any man who fathers a child should support that child , they are certain surstances which prohibits fathers from seeing their children , however they should help in supporting that child or children , no woman should have the burden of supporting those children on their own , if a man doesen't want that responsibility then he should keep his pants zipped , and his lelt buckled , get my drift? in other words keep it in his paints ,
