How can i stop the Auto-Play feature when i put in my Sims2 Glamour Life CD?

I dont want the game to automaticly start when i put in the CD, how do i get this to change?

I don't think its an option. I think it is something that maxis just programmed the game to do.

If you hold down the left shift key while inserting the CD, windows won't autorun the CD.
Or you can disable it
