My mother had mentioned to me that the government was trying to pass legislation so he could not be sent back to Mexico. Has anyone heard anything about this?

He's trying to stay out of the pound. Mexico is not a good place to be. Alot of the Governors..are in support...Trying to get Conda Rice..to step in...

No, I had not heard of that. If they pass it, you can bet some of the other countries will try to pass laws saying that American criminals shouldn't be brought back to the US. A&E's website keeps updates on the case there.

No, but I have been trying to find out the same thing myself. I look all over the news web sites and have found nothing. I hope they set the Dog free!!!

He made bail and is at home right now. He has to wear a tracking ankle bracelet and can't go out of his home between certain hours (not sure the times). He is still working and thats all I know...
