Knowing the language might help. I don't recognize it. If you know, you could try babelfish, but it doesn't look like language they have abaliable. Is it perhaps some sort of Arabic or Indian?Perhaps you could go to a site that translates these languages, though what you have here is a romanized version and those sites may require the original.

What language is it? I tried every language on all the translation sites available and tried to translate it with no results. Are you sure it's not transliteration? I think it may be Latin.
