My period is late by 10 days. I don't believe im pregnant, maybe Im too nervous to find out. Can there be another reason why my menstrual has not shown up yet?

It could be because of stress, massive weight loss, being infertile...but rule out pregnancy first, before worrying about anything else.

It could be stress a change in diet a rapid loss/gain of weight it could be anything just dong wig out about it
