some girl was killed a longgg time ago and her name was something like haley or kaley or something. i cant think of the name for the life of me. the guy cut up her bike or something like that.

i dont recall where it was. i need the name of her to do research on it. the guy lived in the same complex or whatever as her. very young. she was riding her tricycle and went missing. he cut the bike up and i believe they found her in a water tank or something like that. im not sure on the details which is why i need the name. i wanna say the name was like haley ann or something. idk for sure. def a haley or kaley first name.

Sorry to tell you, but this has happened more than once. There's a lot of weirdos out there. Can you be more specific as to what city and/or state, maybe a time frame (which year or decade)?
