I dont really know much about govrement, but from what i can see, the old fart thats the mayor ront know much eather, other than how to funnnel money to his own construction compiney.
I am 26, and have only lived in this town for 5 yeard. Form asking around most people dont like the mayor. All i have to do to get my name on the balid is get 25 voters from town to sign a potition.
Should i try to run? I heard it pays good also. I think it could be fun.

Go for it. I used to work for a guy who was once the Mayor of Peterville, IA-population less than 100. He was 18 at the time and it was basically his turn.
First, check your image and past. What is the opposition going to nail you for? Image is everything in politics, even on the townhall level.
Before you run, you must check the election laws, both on the state level and the city/county level. You will have to file by a certain date and have the petition signatures verified.
