Go to her house & see if she is home and ok. If not home call other friends or relatives. She may be on a vacation or in a mental hospital & too embarrassed to tell you.
Good luck, I hope you find her in good shape.

She has likely gone into hibernation which is what many depressed people do. They don't want to talk to anyone and just be alone. Send her a note, not e mail and let her know that you are there when she is ready to talk. Get some books on clinical depression and read up on what she is going through so that when she is ready to talk, you have a better understanding of what she is going through.

Tell her you love her and care for her and that your always here- then back away and let her do what she has to so it does not drag you and yours down with her- everyones depressed for goodness sakes-right? It's part of being an adult- at some point people have to snap to it when they realize no ones around anymore and then they get so lonely they finally realize-"hey- I liked being around people- maybe I won't hang on everyones arm and just suck it up and deal" it's a little game called life, right?

She's probably in a funk. Maybe she stopped taking her meds or she needs a med adjustment. Stop by and visit unannounced. See what state of mind she is in. Give her the support she needs.

She could be testing your friendship. Make it known that you are there through thick and thin. She needs a lot of support when suffering from depression.
