Check Limewire, or MUTE. MUTE has as an advantage over Limewire the fact that it is anonymous, and it is difficult or impossible to know whose sharing, uploading or downloading any file.
It's a little more difficult to install than Limewire, and not as many people are using it yet, but there is still a significant amount of material available.
