What other kind of "ism" would exist in the US.

We hated Russians and Germans for some time and they had the same skin color. but it does seem to me that the American people have become so fixed on skin color. Get over it.
Start obcessing about hair. Just for something different.
You have run the other one to death.

We would be left with prejudice and that is like racism without the race factor ...so it would be more like a new kind of individualism where we would focus on all the bad traits of an individual and not their race...

Racism will always exist for as long as people believe that there are 'races' in the first place.
There are no races. Asians do not exist. People with Asiatic features exist. There are no black people. Only those with ******* features who originate from a type of gene pool in a certain geographic land mass. Big deal.

We have so many "isms" in this country I'm sure one would survive. We discriminate againest lots of things; color, nationality, age, weight, beauty / ugly, fat / thin, rich / poor, Republican / Democrat, conservative / liberal, educated / illiterate, etc etc

plagiarism. It's everywhere now, even I do it!!! People copy from wikipedia and never site it, and what an irony, wikipedia copies from other sites and vice versa. I was reading the same topic from wikiepida and answers.com and they're identical, right down to the period.
