When you get your pencil back,poke him in the eye with it.That should take care of both problems.If you like him,then just buy him a box of pencils.He sounds like a cheap date,if pencils get him going.

this is a sign that he likes u.if u like him so ur emotions and u 2 will b like bf and gf.if u dont feel the same way about him them u hav 2 say stop and show him who is boss and say no1 is ganna like u if u r always anoying them.and then apologys and say im srry i was just realy fustrated if he looks said after u yell at him.

if u have assigned seats then just tell him to back off cuz hes an asshole.....trust me it happend 2 me wen i was in lik 10th grade in a freshman in collage now and if u dnt have assigned seats then just move away girl move away
