Did you see what happened in New Orleans,when Katrina hit? The jail in St.Bernard Parish had to get the prisoners out,and allot of them got away. Not only could they not find all the prisoners,all the paperwork was washed away,so they didn't know if they were dealing with a child molester,or someone that hadn't paid their parking tickets.

Good question. How about taking a look at what happened during past disasters at prisons.

How about what happened during Katrina to the inmates at the prison in Louisiana?

No. however judging via the criteria of a few of united statesa.'s dying row prisons i'm specific burning to dying could in all probability be something of a alleviation. Srsly, i've got heard of chinese language jails that are no longer as undesirable.
