A lump or mass in either testicle
Any enlargement or swelling of a testicle
A collection of fluid in the scrotum
A dull ache in the lower abdomen, back, or in the groin
A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum

Sometimes testicular cancer is asymptomatic (no symptoms) and is found as a result of investigating something else, eg. the lungs

People who have testicular cancer complain of:

swelling of one testis more so than the other
a lump or hard spot in one of the testes
pain or tenderness in the scrotum
pain (dull ache) in the lower abdomen
swelling of the scrotum

if it is spreading
lumps building up in the groin (lymph glands)
cough
shortness of breath
coughing up blood

Swelling and tenderness, The best way ti check is when you're in the shower (that way ) sac hangs loose. feel around testies check for lumps. I had testy cancer @14 yrs of age. point is all guys need to check them-selves regularly even just the start of puberty. it could save your life...
