It's not *as* good as Fallen, but it's definately worth a listen.

Okay to start. It's the name of the CD, not the track and not also the track. Only the CD. As far as preference, i'd say Fallen. I love The Open Door for it's emotion and daring and sucessful reaches into different parts of music, but one quality it doesn't have that Fallen does is the ability to tell a story. Thats what gets me with Fallen.

I'm not sure, as I haven't heard it yet and was wondering the same thing, but on the rolling stone website they say, "...that's what makes the breakup songs on The Open Door feel mighty real." and the average user score is about 4 out of 5

Some of the songs are kind of flat, but it's really quite good. Amy Lee's voice seems to have gotten alot better than from three years ago. She sounds very good, probably good enough to earn a nomination for a Grammy.

It's pretty good...
