I know most folks would like to be something that swims gracefully, but after some thought, I think maybe a big Fat overweight spiny Tail Lobster, hang around the shallows during the full moon and just take it all in, without having to swim and move. to be able to see if I can feel the Sun or the Moon, feel the currents, and just watch everyone just swim and get tired. I know being Big and Fat I would be a target for anything so if maybe i could get one full day, in the Moon and the Sun, then ok it will be off to Red Lobster after that but thats OK.

A sea otter.They dine while floating on their backs eating a seafood buffet( I love seafood buffets). They are great parents, taking care of their pups and doing what they otter. They also have the densest and warmest fur of any animal in the world, so they are always warm and toasty. They know when to clam up, and they don't mussel in on other animal's territories. The world is their oyster.

I would want to be able to go down the depths and hover over the sea floor. Then rise to the surface and soar with the wind and waves. I would want the freedom to spread my wings and feel the sun on my back or dive down low and camouflage myself with the sand and surroundings. I would want to be a giant ray! :)

A whale! Let's face it they like humans are at the top of the food chain. There is not much I can think of that goes after whales but man.

Don't care what it is, but I'd like to be the one that got away, and not end up in a net or a hook, or chopped up by propellers, etc.

A dolphin... they make people happy and they're cute and fun and people love to go swimming with them.

Octopus.
They're incredibly smart animals and can change colors!
