i have a horse that is pretty good at framing but i am looking for a bit such as a rubber pellum that would make it way easier for him to frame it. anyone know any good bits?

I use a spanish kimblewick, it frames the horse without trying, except you cant use it for hack show events. I also use a palham, for hacking. Pick somethink with a lever action, this means one that puts pressure on the poll of the horse, rather than the mouth, the horse will frame up or be on the vertical much better and without asking as much.

E.g. A western bit puts pressure on the poll, as do pelhams and spanish kimblewicks! One with a shank of some type, rather than just a snaffle piece tat the reins attach to

French link loose ring (or eggbutt) snaffle seem to work great for me, though time and time again I've had trainers tell me that bits can't get a horse to frame well- only the rider can!
