I'm not sure what Karl Rove has up his sleeve... but no matter what it is, you can assured it will be crooked.

To answer your question, the Foley scandal has definitely had an impact on political strategies... both sides.

Hell, maybe Rove knew about it and is a closet Libertarian. Maybe not.

Frankly, I couldn't have imagined a better 11th hour melt-down. The Reps haven't got the guts to oust Hastert, and he doesn't have the character to resign. Either way is a win for the Dems. If he goes, it validates the accusations against him. If he stays, he's the posterchild for everything that the Dems say is wrong with the Rep party. And a really nifty political punching bag as well.

But "Shock-tober" it most certainly was!

Foley did no longer comit a criminal offense. He did no longer touch every person. He resigned to decrease the end results of his strikes on the government. The study will locate out who knew what and whilst. What else is there to it? could gays be banned from working for place of work? could alcoholics be banned from government? Clinton's offenses have been plenty greater extreme than Foley's. could taxpayer funds be used to root out those human beings, and prosecute them? Why did no longer the website circulate to the government? Why did no longer the mothers and fathers of the website circulate to the government? Why did no longer the website circulate to this methodology coordinator? those are the questions that truly could be replied. Foley gave up his occupation. What greater could he loose? His abode? His automobile? His funds? his freedom? i'm no longer protecting him. i think of what he did replaced into disgusting. yet sufficient is sufficient. Had Clinton basically resigned, then he does no longer have been dragged by using the airborne dirt and dust, and doubtless he might have in no way lied under oath? whilst will he serve his reformatory time for comitting perjury?

Just wait a little longer...

The Dems waited for years to out Foley right now; the Empire Will Strike Back, don't you worry!!!

Dems are far more corrupt than Repubs anyway; when the R's get busted, they resign but the Dems almost NEVER do that! They're PROUD of their ways!

Strange, I thought October surprises were always directed against GOP candidates with help from the media.
