I want to download a free photoshop. Something that will touch up my pictures.Anything that's similar to photoshop but its free and easy to use. Any suggestions?Thanks

it's very similar to photoshop but free. it's great too, very confusing at first but once you mess around with it and figure it out it's really awesome. you can do a lot of cool effects, check it out!

Then download and install this file
http://superb-west.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gimp-win/gimp-2.2.13-i586-setup-1.zip
you must install the first package before installing the second one for it to work properly. This program is totally free.
