How can i jump higher without lifting weights. These excercises should be able to be done at home. I'm not as concentrated on explosiveness as I am height. Any info would be helpful. Thank you

Stand on something with your toes and your heel dangling. Now, lower yourself and lift back up with your toes. This works your calves which helps with most of your jump.

Have you ever tried leg weights during the days' normal activities? A great passive way to build muscle. Hope it helps.

put a rope over a tree branch with a tennis ball on the end.. put the ball a little bit higher then you can now jump... keep jumping up till you can touch it.. then move the ball up. over A period of time you will improve..

They make special shoes that you can wear. They make you walk on your toes which in turn strengthens your calves... I have a friend who actually gained 6 inches of vertical over a summer
