sounds like i'm not the only one that hasn't heard of EQ, yet a minimum of I had the experience, and interest, to look it up. thrilling theory, possibly by using taking extra time to think of approximately what different persons are feeling.

Just buy Goleman's book and read it. It will help increase your IQ too. If you need to start smaller maybe the "Little Engine that Could." Oh and that glass is half full.

Remember your success is more tied to how your social behavior than it is to your mental capacity.

Just choose your favorite colour each day and base all your life decisions on a colour. It takes a lot of the challenges out of life and has prooven to be a safe and economical roadmap for life in my experience.
