I heard once there was a flap about lens makers only making one grade of contacts qnd marketing them as three different types.
I don't know the company or if it was true.
If you forget some night, surely you won't die. What about you go to sleep during the day?
If you want to wear the extended wear and your eye doctor won't give them to you find another store an eye exam only costs $60 and you have to get one every two years if you wear contacts anyway,
I have worn extended wear for ten years. the kind you clean get protein deposits that won't come off. Also extended wear is cheaper in the long run than daily cleaning and the solution.

Technically, your not supposed to. I have, however, stretched the use of my contacts several times and never had a problem. That isn't saying that nothing could happen. They are uncomfortable to wear like that and there are also reasons why your not supposed to. My opinion....only do it if its a dire emergency...i.e you are completly out and the vision center is closed because its christmas.....or.....you accidentally left them at home and your staying at a girlfriends house...

Nothing bad will happen. i've been wearing these contacts for 3 months and they are technically only supposed to be 1 monthers. if your eyes get all itchy and dry then change them. but if you can still see and if they feel fine then there shouldn't be a problem

You could end up with an eye infection and go blind. If you don't want to change the contacts every day, then go to a different kind of contact

While you shouldn't do it, if you have a situation where you can't get to your contacts, you won't die and your eyes won't fall out or get infected. Just don't push it too far.

Don't do it. You will run the risk of infection, which could be as severe as loss of eyesight.
