Are AOL IMs saved like AOLs e mail are or like YAHOO MESSENGER IMs are?

I don't mean "Can they be saved". I mean are they automatically saved until they are deleted.

I think that there is a way that you can go in and save them, but I think that you have to wait until you start the conversation to do it. and then do it for each one of them separately.. that is how it used to be anyway...

i do not do IM because i don't think computers. I do enable e-mails b/c if all of us has something to say to me solid or undesirable, i visit lend my ears and evaluate it. it is what I do popular in authentic life, the internet is a medium in which chilly impersonal messages might want to be transmitted for the sake of the willful and those those that would want to particularly talk from a distance than have a human communique. some do it out of cowardice, others have in basic terms grown familiar with being passive and thoroughly impersonal on an afternoon-to-day foundation, signal of the situations i wager yet their motives are beside the point.
