You could write about the dislike of cigarettes and the harm they do. Here is a couple websites about the harm of cigarettes.

What do you dislike? Why do you dislike something? Would there be something you could change about the dislike so you would not dislike it? Do you dislike due dates? You could do a speech about that.

you should talk about a pet peeve (something that truly annoys you, i mean really annoys you). it should be easy because you will be passionate about it because its something you know well. for example what really annoys me is.... then go and elaborate more on why it annoys you sooooo much and give a story on when it happened.
