I was wondering if anyone else does things while they sleep like turn the tv off, take their clothes off, etc...while they are asleep. I seem to be doing this a lot lately and I don't remember doing this. Anyway to stop it?

Used to do it alot. Its not a huge deal if its simple stuff like turming off the tv or doing something simple. Your so tired that you do stuff you dont remember. As long as its not something that is dangerous i wont freak out.

My husband says I talk in my sleep. And that I sleep walk. I have no memory of this. The scariest story he ever told me was... I was asleep upstairs, he was down stairs watching TV. I walked down the stairs, grabbed my keys off of the key rack, and tried to walk out f the front door.. he asked me what I was doing and I apparently didn't respond and kept trying to get out the door... luckily I couldn't get the door unlocked. He said I told hi to f*** off when he tried to move me away from the door. I don't remember a thing! Thank God my husband was still awake.. what would have happened if I got outside?? Also, just this week he found me pacing between the hallway and the bathroom that's attached to our bedroom... he said when he asked me what I was doing I said, "I have to pee... " but just continued to pace rather than actually go to the bathroom.

It's so weird! My Mom said I never slept walked as a child. I wish I knew how to make it stop! If you find out, let me know :) Good Luck!

The only thing that I do in my sleep is talk. I think that you should go and talk to your doctor. It sounds as if you are sleep walking.

nope, not me. If something happens to me while I'm asleep, it's each my bf or my mom doing it for me or telling me when I'm (not fully) wake and I can't remmeber ocne I wake up in the morning.
I hope that made sense.
