Yes. Someone even said "yes" to a question that was obviously not a Yes or No question. I ask for treatment options for a nerve disorder.

too lazy to Read the whole question sometimes people ask some long as questions so i just say yes or no

Yes.
People sometime do that( I was just going to) because the don't read the whole question or they do it because they don't know the answer or even to annoy.
