I usually consider it yelling. Unless its just a few words that are stressed for some reason or another.

That's what I was told. Sometimes I capitalize words, in trying to enunciate my point!

I capitalize certain words to STRESS them.

it depends! if someone really likes something they might put the word in CAPS. If they are abbriviating something they might put it in CAPS. but other than that i assume they are Cyber-Yelling at me! lol

No, but the people want these little letters, so I use them...I prefer all caps...
