I don't think I do ! Most of the questions I have asked have been when I have asked when I needed help with a problem or when a friend had a problem and I wanted to try and help them find a solution to their problem.

'why come' is not proper english, so if it were a 'how' question, u would start out with 'how come' or just 'how'

sometimes i start questions with "how come", but never "why come".

It's "how come".For exsample:"How come every time you come around,my London,London bridge wanna go down"-this first came to my mind.
