I don't think I do ! Most of the questions I have asked have been when I have asked when I needed help with a problem or when a friend had a problem and I wanted to try and help them find a solution to their problem.

'why come' is not proper english, so if it were a 'how' question, u would start out with 'how come' or just 'how'
