It's probably A LOT more work than it's worth due to the fact that your car is front-wheel-drive. The question is WHY you want to convert it to a manual transmission. Why not just sell it or trade it and buy one equipped with a manual transmission. Your car is modern enough that such a conversion would be VERY complex. (PCM, mounts, shift linkage(s), additonal pedal and associated bracketry, engine crankshaft pilot bearing?????)

You go buy yourself a ChEvy Cavalier equipped with a five speed and glue Lumina nameplates on it. This is the ONLY practical solution to your bizzare question.

A lot of time and about 6,000 dollars. I'm not kidding.
Buy a manual if you want a manual.
