Yes, its pretty short but it does a lot with my home town :).
-During post wwII (or maybe before, people kept changing this part on me!!) there was a man named Norman Baker. He came up with this 'miracle cure' for cancer. He did an open demonstration somewhere up in the northern states where he cut open a man's head and poured it on him (note this man did not have cancer, Baker claimed he did), a few months later the man died of infection. Later he moved to my home town, Eureka Springs and started up a cancer hospital to sell his magic cure at the Crescent Hotel. All his doctor's and nurses were considered actors but a few may have been actual doctors. After so many deaths, the U.S. federal government got involved and tried to shut him down. He was arrested under mail fraud for signing as a doctor when he was not, because he burned the corpses before the government could effectively prove it. Dr.Baker died nearly fifth-teen years later of ironically, Cancer of the liver XD. Supposedly many ghosts now haunt the crescent and parts of town (I have yet to see any but i'll believe anything that can be fun). A few sighted are:
Baker's dogs
Irish Construction Worker
Elderly Nurse
*Many more, just can't remember because I haven't heard this story in so long. Sorry I can't remember the names just what they were described as
