Hmmm... Actually, I recommend Larchmont. Larchmont is pretty much like Beverly Hills, though not as upscale. They have very good decorations and almost the whole neighborhood are giving out candies. We went there last Halloween with my little sister. There's lots of people so it should be relatively safe - but exercise vigilance at all times of course. Happy Halloween!
