i use tracking urls in all of my google adwords ads (?src=ggxxx). While checking my position in yahoo organic results, one of my google ads showed up with my tracking url. How does this happen, and will i be charged by google, even though the user clicked on an organic listing in yahoo?

This can't be true. Yahoo! will never show Google Ads in their organic results.
Can you please send a screenshot or give the url where you see your Google ad in Yahoo!?
