i have brown eyes, but the whites aren't as white as they should be so the brown doesn't look that great.

Get a white eyeliner pencil and put in on inside your lower lashes ~ it not only makes your eyes look whiter, but it makes them look bigger too, then if you use regular eyeliner just put it on below that : )

on the insided edges of your eyes...like the edges closest to your nose bridge...like with a small brush you use for eyeshadow, put like a light eyeshadow there ...it would look nicer if it was a shimmer...i read in a proffesional make up book that that makes the white in your eyes look whiter

Getting enough sleep always help for me.
Sometimes if I pull too many all-nighters, or get only 4-5 hours a night my eyes get bloodshot, or just a little bit duller than they should be.
I rinse them out with water every morning and night, and try not to get less than 7 hours. Good luck!

hehe i had the same problem 2 but now i dont cause i allways before getting out with friends put an eye drop in my eyes that just makes the eye clean and any one can do it and it is safe for every person

put a little white eyeliner on the top and bottom of your eyes
