That depends on the wife. If she is the sort that only acts happy when you give her money, then she simply does not love you, and you will never make her truly happy. When people are in love,they take such great pleasure in little things! If it takes hardly anything to make her happy, such as making her dinner, and eating by candlelight, or getting in the shower with her and washing her hair, back,etc. or just washing dishes together, then you just know you are in love! If only money makes her happy, then only money will make her happy until someone else that interests her comes along.

A husband that is attentive to the wife's needs, wants and feelings. A husband that knows how to pick up his own dirty clothes off the floor. A husband that isn't afraid of household equipment like washers, dryers and dishwashers. And a husband that knows how to truly listen to what the wife is saying instead of mumbling an "uh-huh" or "yeah" during a commercial break.

Attention, gifts, loving tenderness, being faithful, helpful with chores, having a good job, don't gamble, not an alcoholic, not be on the internet for more than one hour per day, take her for holidays once a year, don't flirt, don't look at other women etc etc.

Taking an interest in her activities, or at least allowing her time to do those activities without giving her grief about it.
Also, helping out around the house really helps too.

love, romantism, and her interests. and if she likes children and doesn't have that, maybe some kids. also she might like to go on trips, things that gets her interested and blocks her mind from the money.

Do dishes,watch the kids,have a stable job, make dinner once and awhile,listen to her,caress her and kiss her.....and she will make you very happy.And yes,I'm serious.
