Drink lots of fruit juice!

You probably just have a fast metabolism. I do. I am now 31 and 5'6" and still top out at 110 lbs. I eat like a horse, but don't put on weight. I even tried the weight gain shakes. They didn't work. As long as you're healthy, don't worry about it. If it will make you feel better, talk to your doctor about having your thyroid checked or for some ideas he or she may have. I would say, enjoy it while it lasts. I have a lot of friends that went from very thin in high school to struggling to control their weight gain by 20. It depends on the body.

I weighed 96 pounds up till i was 23 which was 3 years ago and when i was under weight i felt
sick and ugly alot. Now i weigh 115 pounds which is ideal for my height. After years of trying to figure out how to gain weight. I finally found the answer that helped me. I forced my self to eat a good meal 3 times a day and i tryed to eat at the same time each day with snacks in between. after a few weeks , i was so used to eatting at them certain times that i would start getting hungary at them times. and i started to notice that i was gainning weight pretty fast. and now i feel healtier and with more energy and my body has filled out. after 3 years i still get compliments on how much better i am looking now with a few extra pounds on me. Try Ensure. That's what we give to underweight girls at the high school I work for. Also, try going to a health food store and see what they recommend. That is a very dangerous weight for you. My ten year old son outweighs you by 20 lbs!

your 17 girl friend, love it now, in about 4 years, you will be gaining, and so don't do it now, just enjoy your body, ware the cute clothing, trust me, it wont last, you will have to work at it to keep it skinny. So keep it skinny now. 25 your body will change, form a young lady, to woman,,, change, so just wait till then and then complain if your too skinny.

start yoga and eat 3 square meals a day, snack between meals. Good luck...you also might start drinking Ensure or a similar product.

do not listen to the people who say "stay skinny" that can be dangerous. eat more, exercise less, or at least do more muscle developing exercises instead of aerobic, beefing up your muscles can help you gain weight too.

Just be thankful you're not fat. You are way ahead of the game being skinny, so just stay that way and don't get fat. It's really easy to get fat, and someday you will probably know what I mean.

Eat, watch TV, eat some more, play on the computer, eat. Get a stupid car, never walk, eat. Eat while driving. Eat in your sleep. Eat while eating.

Take a multi-vitamin and get used to drinking milk shakes.
