I ran high school and college track and field and did very well. I had more than my share of temporary fame from long distance running. I prefer to help others meet their goals without credit or fame for myself.

Yes a few times. Been in the paper a few times and few other things. I HATE that too. I don't like attention. I'm a nervous person. lol
